Give the gift of presence, practise and play this Father's Day, by attending an active and accessible yoga class at The Ledger Room with Caitlyn Chisamore. This class aims to increase mobility, release tension, raise awareness of the breath and explore movement. Beginners are welcome and encouraged.  

To bring: a yoga mat, comfortable clothing and water

This 6 class series is designed to provide postures strung together with breath that help strengthen the muscles used during childbirth, stretch stiff muscles, and help you relax + unwind. It's a great way to connect with other pregnant women + stay actie throughout every stage of pregnancy. Learn breathing techniques that will support you through labour, and explore postures that may relieve some of pregnancies discomforts.

A meditation practice gives us the chance to create more space, compassion and grace in our day to day lives. Join Megan Marie for an afternoon of exploring the techniques and benefits meditation can offer us. We will delve into different techniques (mindful, mantra, sound-based, and silent forms) so we are able to walk away with a greater sense of ease with the practice and a greater understanding of the effects and joys of meditation as a life practice. No previous experience required. Beginner and seasoned meditators welcome!

Join dallas for 4 weeks of learning the foundations of yoga in a safe and welcoming environment. As you work through the 4 weeks you will be introduced to breathing techniques, basic poses, posture alignment, and relaxation techniques. This course is perfect for complete beginners and those looking to revisit the basics of yoga.

Join yoga teacher and sound healer Megan Marie Gates for The Resonant Body - a workshop uncovering and exploring sound for self-healing, meditation and transformation.  Together we will explore how the medicine of sound works , mantra + vocal toning, sound meditations, the use of instruments + selecting your own, and will close with a full sound bath (crystal singing bowls, chimes, voice).  Please bring a mala if you have one.
