Prenatal Yoga Series

This 4 class series is designed to provide postures strung together with breath that help strengthen the muscles used during childbirth, stretch stiff muscles, and help you relax + unwind.
It's a great way to connect with other pregnant women + stay active throughout every stage of pregnancy. Learn breathing techniques that will support you through labour, and explore postures that may relieve some of pregnancies discomforts.

Pregnant women in all stages of pregnancy are welcomed. No previous yoga experience is required.
