The Meditation Station
A meditation practice gives us the chance to create more space, compassion and grace in our day to day lives. Join Megan Marie for an afternoon of exploring the techniques and benefits meditation can offer us. We will delve into different techniques (mindful, mantra, sound-based, and silent forms) so we are able to walk away with a greater sense of ease with the practice and a greater understanding of the effects and joys of meditation as a life practice. No previous experience required. Beginner and seasoned meditators welcome!
