Join dallas for 4 weeks of learning the foundations of yoga in a safe and welcoming environment. As you work through the 4 weeks you will be introduced to breathing techniques, basic poses, posture alignment, and relaxation techniques. This course is perfect for complete beginners and those looking to revisit the basics of yoga.

Every Wednesday evening in March from 7:30 - 8:30.
