Shannon, original owner, opened the studio with the help of a wonderful team of instructors before she even trained to teach. After a year of being open, Shannon completed her training under Amara Vidya and now teaches both a Hatha and Flow style class. Shannon focuses on movement with breath, strengthening and balance in a chill environment.
Jeb balances humour, kindness, and respect in his dynamic classes, encouraging your body and mind to stay present in the blissful moment. His hands-on assists will help you explore a deeper expression of a posture, melting your tension and creating space. Join Jeb as he helps you find your edge in a playful and thoughtful manner
Kelly is inspired by mother nature to bring an holistic approach to yoga. By building a strong foundation of knowledge and mindfulness, her series are designed to motivate you to explore your comfort zones. Through diversity of poses, the use of props and modifications, her classes are perfect for all students. The natural sounds and rhythm of her classes, are sure to get your body moving and the mind more connected.

Lucky for us, she is also a Sivananda trained Yoga instructor and recently completed her Amara Vidya (Gentle Hatha) training as well. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge with all of those looking to increase their flexibility and health.
Owner of Nature's Tonic, Lisa has a cool, calm way about her that makes her classes relaxing and wonderful. She gained her training with Amara Vidya and is continuing her education with the Amara Vidya Restorative training this fall. All around health and wellness is her passion. Shawna started practicing yoga in 2013 as a way to build strength and find a more positive connection with her body. She quickly fell in love with what yoga brought into her life and in 2014 completed her 200hr teacher training with dallas delahunt. She began teaching at The Ledger Room shortly after her training, her classes are full of peaceful moments for reflection mixed with flow. Her main concern for her students is to find what feels right in their bodies. Music is always played and singing along is always encouraged.
Rebecca, studio owner, completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2014 at Octopus Garden in Toronto, under Pat Harada Linfoot and Scott Davis. Hers is a class with two things in mind: slow down and stretch. Taking time to rest + reflect, these simple movements strung together with breath, make her classes suitable for all levels of practice.
